OPPNA DIGITAL ANNOUNCES MALL ENTRY RESERVATION SOLUTION
MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota – May 28, 2020—Oppna Digital announced the launch and implementation of Express-REZ, a guest reservation solution that allows guests to reserve and book upcoming visits at Mall and Retail stores. The solution helps manage mall occupancy in a very guest friendly manner.
Through a mall website or Mobile App or quick-link QR code, guests can make a reservation to visit a mall and immediately receive an e-ticket for the chosen date, time slot and number of guests including selecting a preferred mall entrance. After accepting the terms and conditions, guests receive their e-ticket, on their mobile phone or email, that includes arrival instructions for their reservation time slot. Upon arrival guests will scan their e-ticket then access the mall. Walk-up guests can also make real time reservation if the mall is not at capacity.
