We had the pleasure of working with a major metro area hospital system in Los Angeles that serves more than 1 million patients each year in over 40 locations, with more than 4,500 physicians and nurses and 1,500 research projects in motion. Having seen our great work at a nearby mall, we were pleased to partner with their team to develop a wayfinding solution that leveraged personalized kiosks and a mobile strategy.
The open architecture of the main entrance to the main hospital draws visitors to the kiosk with a large format video wall, also designed and deployed by Oppna. Combined with personalized kiosks with privacy screens for patients and visitors to locate their destination in a few clicks, users are also able to find Events.
Our work with this hospital has expanded to additional areas of their main campus, helping thousands of patients and visitors on a daily basis.
