Today we’re covering David! David is our customer support engineer, the guy who makes sure everything is installed and ready to go for our customers. He’s the front line of any troubleshooting and is committed to making it as painless as possible. His history is full of jobs dedicated to making others’ lives easier and his personality matches it!

Born and raised in North Minneapolis
What do you specialize in at Oppna Digital?
As the Customer Support Engineer, I try to make the customer’s interactions with Oppna Digital as painless as possible. My goal is to get issues resolved in a timely manner and show our commitment to our customers.
What are your prior experiences?
Before Oppna Digital I’ve held positions as a technical account manager, escalation engineer, and backend compatibility engineer. From the front end to the back end I’ve strived to advocate for the customer.
What do you like to do?
In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing with my family and playing board and video games of all kinds. I’m also a big soccer fan. Go MNUFC!
Wandering around the halls of Oppna Digital you’d see David working away with a variety of computers and cables all over his desk. Or not there at all, because he’d be on-site working on solutions and creating smiles.
